Repairing Latimir, looking for a/the build team!

Sooo Franky wants to repair Latimir since it's one of the worst off on a long list of worst off.

He's probably gonna do it with or without help, since now he's got it in his head that it needs done but if Franky had any kind of help it would mean repairs would be done before doomsday.

So I'm looking for anyone who would volunteer to help Franky, as well as staring at the official rebuilding team with shiny sparkly eyes because this could be a chance for some CR, some plotting, or at least some lols if Build-Team Gang-Wars take to the streets in musical battles of singing, dancing and carpentry.

...Anyway.

What likely needs to be done to Latimir is this:

Stabilize the building with temporary supports.
Dig out the foundation, replace damaged portions.
Reset Load bearing members.
Frame the interior and exterior.
Run utilities.
Set the floors.
Finish the walls.
Finish all the interior stuff within resources.

This would also include a huge amount of savaging, and demoing/creative relocation will take time and strength too. In fact, if there's any buildings that are beyond habitation, Franky will happily dismantle them. That would take an even longer time, but yield more habitable and comfortable rooms.

...Woo. That got kinda Tl;Dr.

Anyway, Ideas/Critisims/Naysaying/Volunteerisim?

Marshall is missing the top floors at the moment, and no utilities, correct?

At the very least Franky would train more people which would mean more people would have the skills to repair Marshall, the High School and the Hospital. Gohl's taking care of themselves, arent they?

Denmark would totally help. First of all because he "claimed" Discedo and thinks this is his job anyway, and secondly because construction/architecture is kind of the Nordic hidden passion/talent.

Chie would want to help even though she has absolutely no carpentry experience to speak of. But she likes helping people and could be good for like ... general carrying of things I guess? Also she lives in Latimir so she's obvs. want to help out with that.

Sai will help out as long as it's either Latimir, the High School or even Gohl. He has little skills but He can learn at a very very fast rate. That is if Franky can put up with the flirting of the female members and his cockiness.

Seifer will help since he's got nothing better to do and Discedo is currently not living up to his standards >|!. Not that he'll actually admit he's being nice and helping, but he's in for whatever, if he can't do it currently he'll ask Franky/look it up in the library/figure it out.

Anderson is huge. And muscly. And has enough strength to lift a two-ton horse. So. He can do any sort of heavy construction you would want, and can pretty much handle any assortment of tools you'd like. (As well as any building projects you can possibly throw at him.)

The only thing he'd ask in return is to borrow some of the tools and/or materials for his own purposes.
