Psh, like England is pure of heart. WE'RE ON TO YOU, ENGLAND. I think the more I'm thinking about it, the more there are probably stages, like -

STAGE ONE: England, Norway.
See them ALL THE FREAKING TIME, it never turns off, they are your best friends because you are England and have no friends none.

STAGE TWO: IDK
See them sometimes, under certain conditions, like "you're trying really hard" or "they're sitting still for you" or "you're drunk."

STAGE THREE: Denmark
See them extremely rarely, and only under special conditions (exhaustion, sickness, etc.)

STAGE FOUR: America
