...I don't think America has really called England "Arthur" to his face, has he? IDK IT JUST SEEMS. WEIRD TO HIM. And if he ever does use it, it'd only be in SUPER SERIOUS circumstances. At least in my mined, he holds England to a different standard than Canada (who he calls "Matt" freely) because... it's England. It's like his own ingrained way of showing respect (and because calling him Arthur would just reintroduce LOL DADDY ISSUES).

AHHHH COPENHAGEN SOUNDS SO COOL. My only hesitation with it is that I don't speak Danish at all, and I don't know how challenging it would be to get around the city and travel. Then again I'd probably be just as lost in London.
