Vigilanteism!

So, I had this idea, since the turtles do patrols around the city, even though they aren't really associated with the police, and I know they're probably not the only ones that patrol as vigilantes. So, I thought, why not have a list of them, and what areas they patrol. For like quick reference.

EDIT: Yes, this is a list of ANY character that patrols vigilante style. Just to clarify, lol.
