When: Dude he's there all the time. Working though, probably Thursday and after dark.
What: Dealer, Story Weaver (liar :3) and all around person to keep people entertain until they're too drunk to cause problems (no he doesn't sing/dance).

Anemone | pilot_princess
When: Normally early shifts, but sometimes she stays late.
What: Waitress, bartender, sometimes brings leftover baked goods, drinks on occasion.

Haruka | onikui_haruka
When: Mostly evening and late night shifts, throughout most of the week.
What: Tends the bar and sometimes provides security detail.

"Lucy" the Darkling | theforceoncrack
When: He lives there, so pretty much any time it's dark enough for him to exist.
What: Drudge work, security.

When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Nights only)
What: Waiter, clean up, also can prep or cook food if needed

When: Evenings/nights for performing, anytime as a waitress; Any day she's needed/wanted

When: Night hours, five days a week during the week!
What: Bartending, can also work as a bouncer, he doesn't mind cleaning up either. He might eavesdrop but he's very easygoing so he'll chat up the customers more than anything else.

Hatsuharu Sohma | moarcowbell
When: He's probably scheduled a lot, but seeing as he can't even find his way out of a wet paper sack... he sort of just shows up to work when he can find it.
What: Bartender, Waiter, and whatever else he can do while he's there.

Tokumi "Toku" Shuta | orz_mypaycheck
When: Whenever he's called in! Most likely the super late shifts.
What: Server and clean-up. Since he breaks things. A lot.

Jackie Estacado | theforceoncrack
When: Whenever beer is needed ever.
What: HE MAKES THE ALCOHOL. Basically if he knows the chemical composition of something, he can make it, so. That is how it is done. Also he's the mascot. Buddy Jackie.
