✚ Hospital Staff Contact ✚

Okay, I know there is a list of hospital staff already but I've been noticing a lot of times a character will be in need of a doctor or other medical personnel and no one responds to their post because it gets lost in F-list. Or, a character will be in the hospital and there is no interaction ICly between them and the hospital staff. That's kinda OOC.

So, with that being said, I thought it'd be a good idea to have a place OOC for people to post if their chars are requesting medical attention or have arrived at the hospital and need medical attention ICly.

Examples of what this post may be used for:
✚ If there is an emergency and you need someone to respond to your post
✚ You wish for a comment log with one of your characters in the hospital. This can be anything like when they're recovering or injured, or have visitors, or your character is just retarded doing something you might believe hospital staff should take notice of.
✚ If you want to schedule an appointment with a doctor.
✚ If your character needs to obtain medical supplies or has medical questions.

Only thing I wish to point out is: THIS IS NOT USED FOR CHIP REMOVAL TALK, ok?


Brief Hospital Staff list:

Cube - Volunteer who can make basic medicines. Can tend to most wounds and injuries.
Cuddy - Doctor who can prescribe for illnesses and tend injuries. Often found trying to get things organized.
Gaga - Volunteer with basic first aid and nursing skills, if needed. Can send to minor needs.
Lute - Volunteers every day, he has first aid skills. Can tend to most minor needs.
Nill - Assistant with nurse skills.

From personal experience, there have been times when a character was supposedly in the hospital, (Someone Cube probably would have noted) and I had NOOOOOO idea and it just, looks stupid IC.

Or some people have complained that no one has responded to their post. (And there is only so much Cube can do, medically)

Yeah, I thought about it too. There have been situations that Lute or Ari could have easily helped with, and as volunteers probably should have been readily available for it.

Would it be too much to try and get a basic active list of Hospital staff and what they can do as a quick list? Not like the actual staff list but just like.

On any given day you can find:

Name: Eirin - a doctor who can make medicine.
Name: Ari - a volunteer with the power to heal.
Name: Cube - assistant with nurse skills.

Or would that be too much work? o.o;;

This is a good idea. Bakura was hurt (http://whiteduplicity.livejournal.com/9064.html), and I was gonna notify Lynn about it as far as regards to being taken to the hospital, but it'd slipped my mind...

The commentlog with Lillet & Riful is still ongoing, but for the time being I assumed they would've made it there. Responding isn't necessary, but I thought I should let y'all know here otherwise.

I've been thinking about something like this! But I fail and keep forgetting ffff. But yea, I hardly ever know who's in the hospital until I see a "I'm in the hospital AND SO BORED GAIZ D<" post. And a lot of times I let doctor requests sit if I see them before another doctor comments so everyone can have fun with all the emergencies and stuff. I just... forget to check back a lot to see if anyone else actually responded so people linking here would be good.

Ah! I like this! I was really unsure about how to go about having my character hospitalized since I never saw anything that specified.

Seras was damaged (http://mintroyalcowboy.livejournal.com/2344.html?thread=56360#t56360) by a youma. Claws to the stomach, massive blood loss. Not quite finished yet (will be soon) but she passes out and Alucard took her to the Hospital. She has woken up (http://harkonnenorbust.livejournal.com/2584.html), assuming her wounds had been cared for already as it had been a good 12+ hours since it happened. I think she'll likely be there for at least a week, if not a little longer (hngh I know little about wounds and stuff).

America and Canada are in one of the remote areas of the hospital after Canada woke up, but as of last night they probably moved to wherever the doctors are for better medical attention. America has a gunshot wound on his shoulder (I guess I'll say left) and his arm on the same side is torn up. Canada cleaned up and taped the wounds a bit, butttt he's still kinda bad off. He should be there a few days?

A Doctor with a scientific background in many fields. Able to do extensive lab work, diagnose illness and treat most wounds and injuries. She's also good with injury retrieval and house calls, if you can find her outside of her Lab.

You don't need anything from us but he has anemia now so it'll take 3-4 days for him to feel better. He'll prob be released from hospital on 4th day. Drink lots of fluids and eat a lot, Yusei. Gotta rebuild them blood cells~!
