Sadly the police have sort of vanished due to lack of organization and real interest. But, Hans here would still be glad to help out in an administrative sort of way. He offered up to do paper work and organizational type things with the force before, and would gladly do it for a city watch as well.

As for paper, it's a bit scarce unless you make it or ask for it. Hans has some blank books he's been using though, so records can be kept.

I have another character guardianofman who would probably gladly help out with some of those things if needed especially helping people during emergencies and creating safe routs and other things, though he probably wouldn't join outright.
