Last I could tell, the police force was pretty much disbanded, yes. The AA cast is still rather active, but the police force itself? Not so much.

Chie would be welcome at any time. Anyone with her fighting skills and knowledge of Discedo is a welcome sight, indeed. Should I add her to the list?

Take your time getting back into the swing of things~ Not everyone has to "sign up" right away, as it were.
