Quite a few characters that had offered to help have dropped sob buuut let's see: Gyatso, Hanyuu, Eirin and Fay were going to help with the food stalls, Takato and Naminé were going to work on an art/drawings exposition, Yuuto was conned into offered to help with the game stalls and Subaru was going to help with the set up. Also, Japan was going to help with the invitations, so I suppose he should be handing out fliers, too. And Haruka is Yuuko's substitute Watanuki and will do whatever is ordered nicely asked.

We're also going to need some flower-viewing tiemz, since Yuuko's Spring festival was originally based on hanami. :o
