Damage left over from Lavos event and IC organizations?

Due to the fact Seifer's getting pretty tired of things going wrong every time he leaves someone in charge of stuff (looking at you high school :| though seriously I loled gj Seras) he is going to be taking a more overt approach to Discedo. For the most part he's only been ordering people around when there's a crisis or a murder or something like that, but he's going to start setting up and running organizations now that the Lavos plot is done.

There's several things I'd sort of like to figure out on this post, but the main three are:
1. What damage to the city is being left over from the Lavos plot?
2. What IC organizations are still running and which are now defunct? (there have been a lot of drops)
3. Who would like to have their character head an organization?

Damage
If I could get a general consensus for what's damaged in Discedo and what's not that would be awesome. As far as I know the damage run-down for the Lavos event was as follows:

Marshall- Destroyed
Latimir- Completely wrecked, but still standing
Gohl- Extensive damage to all floors above cellar (but the roof is still standing!)
Northern Lights- Roof, wall, window damage
Church- Heavy damage to the steeple with a hole in the Angelus Bell
High School- Minimal laser/spike damage to roof/upper floor, worst being room 201
Library- Large hole in roof
Hospital- Window damage, heavy damage to all floors above 1st
Office Buildings Next to Hospital- Destroyed
Sai's Warehouse- Destroyed
Commercial District East of Brebo Ave.- Destroyed
Two Warehouses East of Gar Rd.- Destroyed
Gar Road Buildings- Fire damage

: I might be missing a thing or two, but as far as I know that's what was damaged. I think everyone's agreed that everything marked 'destroyed' will have been restored now that the event's over. What damage (if any) will remain and need to be fixed?

Gohl- Back to pre-event status for now
Sai's Warehouse- Back to pre-event status
Brebo Commercial District- Back to pre-event status
Doctor Office Buildings- Minimal damage
Hospital- Minimal damage
High School- Back to pre-event status
Church- Back to pre-event status
Marshall- Back to pre-event status
Latimir- Back to pre-event status
Horton- Back to pre-event status


Heading Organizations
-In the next week or so (providing the city doesn't burst into flames or something) I'll be making a post with Seifer where he will be trying to organize Discedo. He'll see about recruiting general helpers/assigning people to lead organizations in that post.

-Seifer does not have to be involved in every organization. I would love it if people had their characters take over/set up organizations on their own! If you plan to do so definitely drop me a note here and I won't have him address it/he and your character can discuss it on his next post.

-Characters Seifer assigns to lead an organization he will check-in ICly with so if you'd like him to assign your character a position please be active in the game! (basically you check your flist once or twice a week)

-You do not need to be on top of everything OOC in the game to volunteer. I usually know what's going on or if I don't I can find out for you, so asking me is always an option. Please don't let OOC management deter you as I can help with that!

-You do not have to be the most active person in the game to volunteer! I backtag with Seifer all the time and everyone in this game has been very awesome about it (seriously you're all so awesome thank you for putting up with my fail ♥) and is more than willing I'm certain to help you work things around your schedule as need be. Seifer is always available to cover any lapses ICly during long hiatuses and things like that as well (I know school is coming up for some people for instance).

-Leading an organization is a great way to get CR. If your character isn't the type to pimp out their organization on their own Seifer will definitely do it for them!

-City Watch* (I've talked to Yuri-mun and Seifer will be taking this over, though if anyone else wants to run it too comment and we'll work something out!)
-Rebuilding* (will be run by Aigis)
-Honey's Bodyguard program* (Don't think anyone picked this up after Honey dropped, Seifer might be taking this over? Or someone else could? I still need to talk to Honey-mun on this)
-Self-defense Training (Run by Minato and Prydain. Currently only Minato is giving lessons.)
-Hunting Squad* (is this still being run by Naja? Not sure)
-School/classes (Elementary school is run by Souji. What classes are still going from the Shinigami school? Art class run by Phoenix)
-Introduction to Discedo/Survival Crash Course (Run by Germany with Lute as an assistant)
-Travel Show (Run by Lute and Flonne)
-Water Service (Provided by Lute and Jackie)
-Ghost Defense Classes (Run by Kantarou, but he's lazy :|)
-Inventory (Moa, Giovanni)
-Soup Kitchen (Meryl)
-Safehouse (Jackie Estacado)

*Just as a note these are the only (possible) things Seifer will be addressing in his post, everything else he's not interested in.


Sorry if this seems bossy and presumptuous on my part, this really is just stuff I need to know for Seifer. If there's anything I've failed to address or ideas that should be on here that aren't please tell me and I'll add them! Ah also I will be updating this post as discussion goes on so please check back if any of this interests you! Once everything's decided out I might make another post listing what was decided on everything, but that's only a possibility I'm not going to make a promise on that unless people would like me to. If Washu-mun's not opposed, we can go ahead and have the hospital and offices restored mostly. They'll need some fixing up, but they're not devastated like before. The Brebo Commercial district should also be back to normal.

Joseph and Testament are still with City Watch, and I'll likely have Lucca getting more active on Rebuilding projects now that the event is over. Tir can help out Naja if she's still on the hunting squad.

Hitsugaya never mentioned Testament though and he has no idea who Yuri recruited :|a If Testament comments/shows up some time (if Seifer does take over he'll... put an office... somewhere. Lol idk where) though Seifer would agree he's still on the force.

I am hoping the high school will revert, because I don't really want it damaged, but that's just me.

Germany was doing an introduction type class with Lute as an assistant, and Lute and Flonne were starting a travel show (they only did one episode and hell broke loose though). Hans is still willing to help out with the watch, and anything else requested of him, he likes doing paperwork. And Kantarou was doing classes on ghosts but has skirted that job by being lazy and not caring anymore, if Seifer wants he can totally bitch at him about that.

As for other things, Lute takes care of most the water tanks and pretty much puts his nose in everything and is always open to help out with other stuff too.

The high school should be okay I think, it wasn't hit that bad. Maybe the roof looks a little uglier, but that's why we have the green house up there anyways right, to make up for it!

Seifer will definitely talk to Hans about the Watch if he ends up taking over and whoever takes over rebuilding he'll probably ask Hans to help them too. Far as Kantarou... lol he might just do it to mess with Kantarou if Kantarou comments on his post. "So about that class for ghosts you made Noble Heart recruit students for you for... how's that going :|"

After the fight with Lavos Lute is definitely on Seifer's list of people to call if he ever needs back-up personnel :3 how do you do with taking down tentacle monsters Lute because Riful's got this thing about killing Seifer and--

I don't even know what to volunteer for at the moment but yeah you already know to bug the crap out of Giovanni and get him to do stuff. Like, anything. He'll still be working at Inventoryland with/for Moa, and his own patrol thing at night but otherwise he could probably use some direction. He misses Lorenzo, sob ;_;

Also while I'm here--uh, Giovanni did NOT in fact die and was left in the hospital unconscious but, lol, I love the idea of Seifer thinking he died and needs 'punishment' anyway and lol should be bugged the crap out of forever about it. Foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Harass/bother/annoy Seph anytime you want him to do any heavy hitting or to get him to stop brooding. He does some hunting on his own and brings back what he catches for the soup kitchen and leaves everything else for anyone to pick up. He also could be talked into training people with weapons, and even do more but he may resist it.

And I have odd work hours so I fail with responses too.

But Seifer will definitely have to poke him more. As it goes Seifer will be running a vaguely more SOLDIER type of Watch than I believe what the police force had going on last time it was active. He'll be a lot more on action and getting things done whatever the measures than worrying about peoples rights as well as pretty... lmao open about what people who work for him do in the way of work (ex. he's not going to make anyone patrol if they don't want to |D), so... it might work better for Sephiroth.

Knowing Seifer is definitely not a requirement! ...lol he doesn't know most of the people he tells to do stuff, they're just there |D So yeah if Chris comments to Seifer's post expressing interest or makes a post or shows up at the... Watch HQ which will... probably be the hospital morgue idek, then yeah |D Seifer'll put him on.

And LOL that is actually how the bodyguard program works; people sign up to bodyguard and Honey who was running it would work out what she would pay them to do the job. Seifer's definitely up to paying people if they want it |D

Rebuilding projects might need some help depending on how many people volunteer (I believe when Noble Heart was running it there was like... three of them working |D). As far as I know though nobody's run the Shinigami school since despair Sensei left. I am... not really sure anyone is teaching anything still aside from Phoenix |D

As far as city watch goes Ezio patrols on his own or with his father most nights/ evenings anyway, and is more than willing to help with pretty much anything.

However, just as an FYI, Ezio is great with helping but unless your name is Giovanni Auditore he will not take orders from anyone (especially you Seifer, you're just a punk ass kid in his eyes >.> ) He's just stubborn and bad with anyone trying take authority. But he'll be around and free for doing pretty much whatever needs doing. He's stubborn but still a good guy after all.
