He just doesn't care |D Though if Sephiroth resorts to killing people for most things he might get a little annoyed, but only because they come back to life later. Seifer's more for beating them up/forcing concessions from them so they get who's in charge and don't waste his time ever again damn kids B| This is why Russia lives with him for example.
