He pretty much delegated all the fighting to other people and then took care of setting up safe zones/keeping people informed/delegating/taking care of problems that cropped up. Hurr so basically he spent the whole entire event glued to his communicator giving orders and keeping people alive. And then Japan stabbed him in the back and he ended up babysitting Ace. Not much fighting on his part really.
And yeah idk what Uni has planned. When I get around to putting up Seifer's next post some things might happen. I figure he'll either get people telling him how police aren't any good and so on or just like ten people going ":| Oh. It's YOU again" fff.
