**If I am missing anyone or people are on here incorrectly please please please comment!**

Locking: Anyone who joins the Watch will be given lessons on how to lock on the network from either Seifer, Grit, Japan or Naoto (this is perfectly handwavable, but if you want to play it out definitely contact one of us). The goal is to get all members capable of locking up to 85%. Whether your character actually manages to master this is up to you, Seifer won't kick anyone out for not getting it. Note though this is locking being taught only. They are not teaching hacking.

Patrol: Patrolling is not a requirement. The general rule Seifer asks is that everyone keep an eye out for suspicious things/trouble as they go about their day, but if your character is the sort to patrol he will give them a patrol route. If this is the case please tell me as Seifer will change patrol routes and patrol partners periodically to keep people from becoming complacent with a route and increase teamwork.

Teamwork: This is a big thing. Seifer will keep all Watch members updated on who's in the Watch (when new people are recruited and when others have quit or characters have left the city). Watch members will ICly be expected to at least be passingly familiar with eachother. Tagging your fellow Watch members is definitely encouraged! Especially as during crises those people are more than likely who your character will be working with.

Joining the Watch: Seifer will take pretty much anyone in the Watch as long as they'll follow orders, can work with others and aren't blatantly out to sabotage him. This means yes he will take people who eat babies for laughs or whatnot as long as they'll do what he says and not eat their co-workers. Fighters are not the only people encouraged to join the Watch! Seifer is always on the lookout for people who are adequate at first aid that can be sent out to places during emergencies to take care of the injured. People who are good at watching the network and gathering information plus keeping an eye out for anything suspicious are also encouraged to join. If your character wants to join, but doesn't have fighting skills talk to me and we'll figure out what they could do with the Watch. Seifer can put just about anyone to work so it shouldn't be any trouble at all. To ICly join either (1) contact me OOCly and we can handwave it or set up a log if you'd like, (2) have your character reply to one of Seifer's posts asking about the Watch or (3) have them mention the Watch in one of their posts (I usually see most posts, but if I do miss yours send me a note about it and I'll get right on it).

Questions? Anything I missed/got wrong?

Also would anyone be interested in having a Watch meeting log? If you are interested would a normal log or a commentspam log be good? If no one's interested I think we can handwave a meeting just happened, but if anyone is I'll put one up :)

True, it doesn't seem to be what people like to do generally....
