Medical Records Vault
To locate and update In-Character (IC) medical records easier, I've decided to make this organizational post.
How it will work:
1. Your character fills out the medical form ICLY.
2. I comment with the information given under their FIRST NAME.
3. If information needs updating or noted, a reply can be submitted as a comment to the character's information.
YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO COMMENT/REPLY TO ANYTHING.
I will comment with your character's information after they have submitted it ICLY.
Due to not all characters having last names (Like Cube! lmao) Everything will be organized by character's FIRST NAME. In the event a NICK NAME is used, information will be filed under that name unless otherwise noted.
IC notes can be added by simply replying to a character's medical form.
