Discedo City Watch/Citizen Defense

I'm going to get smacked for this if it needed Mod Approval...



After the ghost event and seeing how little was done to help the affected, Hitsugaya kind of got upset. FF!Seifer brought up the Police Force, and HItsugaya has gotten the idea to patch it up and get it back up and running. Not to the extent it used to be, though. Instead of being like the police forces on Earth, it would more be about the defense of all the citizens. Keeping things organized in case of an attack or disaster, offering protection if they wanted it, and just keeping an eye on the city. Basically, a city watch, if you would.

Now, I went through both PlayMyAce and Discedo_Logs and I couldn't find anything recent related to the police, or the police station. The characters connected to leading it seem to have dropped from the game, as far as I could tell. If I'm wrong, please correct me so I can change or drop the plan. I don't want to cause any trouble. Especially since FF!Seifer mentioned somone might be living in the station and Discedo's rooming list doesn't say who...

So, if the plan goes through, the services offered are explained below

Patrolling the city to keep an eye on the monsters
Offering protective services to anyone who requests them
Keeping as much documentation as possible of any events that affect the city (Is paper still scarce?)
Creating safe routes too and from the major populated areas in the city in case of another disaster event

If anyone (and I do mean anyone) wants to join in or suggest something, please, feel free.

These are the posts related to the police force. /o/ One of them contains a list of police force members (although it's a little outdated), another one consists of contact information and what have you.

Either way, a new organization post is definitely a good thing, even if it's not exactly a police force.

A little outdated may be an understatement, but thank you. Even if nearly everyone there has dropped from Discedo, every little bit of info helps.

Yeeeah, they were written a few months ago. :x But yes, at least it's something. And you can always PM/IM those people to get information out of them.

I really doubt anyone is going to get angry. It's not the police force -- it's something else. It should be okay, but there's nothing wrong with double checking with one of the mods.

Also, paper is still scarce. It's there, but most of it isn't clean. Plus Tohma is stealing it alllll.

But yes! If this goes through, you can throw [Bad username or site: stopwatchrose title= @ livejournal.com] onto this list. I'll probably poke the rest of the Utena cast and be all "Heeeey. Come protect the city! 8D"

I'll be sure to drop them a line when it's not 2:33 AM Central US time. hehe...finals week isn't going to help.
