Discedo City Watch/Citizen Defense
After the ghost event and seeing how little was done to help the affected, Hitsugaya kind of got upset. FF!Seifer brought up the Police Force, and HItsugaya has gotten the idea to patch it up and get it back up and running. Not to the extent it used to be, though. Instead of being like the police forces on Earth, it would more be about the defense of all the citizens. Keeping things organized in case of an attack or disaster, offering protection if they wanted it, and just keeping an eye on the city. Basically, a city watch, if you would.
Now, I went through both PlayMyAce and Discedo_Logs and I couldn't find anything recent related to the police, or the police station. The characters connected to leading it seem to have dropped from the game, as far as I could tell. If I'm wrong, please correct me so I can change or drop the plan. I don't want to cause any trouble.
So, if the plan goes through, the services offered are explained below
Patrolling the city to keep an eye on the monsters
Offering protective services to anyone who requests them
Keeping as much documentation as possible of any events that affect the city (Is paper still scarce?)
Creating safe routes too and from the major populated areas in the city in case of another disaster event
If anyone (and I do mean anyone) wants to join in or suggest something, please, feel free.
Tentative List: (Positions to be given if plan goes through

xP It's all fine~ (though I have NO idea what tl;drs means ^^;;)
I'll be sure and drop her a line, then. Thanks for that. ^^
More people to contact about this, then. Thank you for the info~
I'll be sure to keep those three in the loop, then. Don't want anyone to feel left out.
pfft, Seifer you amuse me. And Hitsu has some experience with the explaining of things. He didn't get to be captain of the ONLY squad dealing with Arrancars for his pretty face alone, ya know~
tl;dr just means too long; didn't read |D my original comment was longer than I meant it to be fff
I don't know much about Bleach, but I doubt Canute will be too much trouble. He's pretty quick on the uptake.
One question though: what would be the stance on murderers be for this? If a watch patrol came across a murder in the act I think that'd be one thing, but if they just came across a dead body, or lots of times dead bodies get posted on the network. Would the watch investigate crime like this? Or will they not investigate and just be focused more on patrolling the city and keeping general safety?
Ah. Thank you for explaining that~! ^^
Then there shouldn't be any trouble at all.
Provided it's not Gohl, patrols in the area would be stepped up a few notches, extra protection would be offered to the victim's friends/housemates, and there would be a slight investigation, if only to keep it on record and keep an eye on the murderer.
np! :3
Ah okay, but if the murderer is not known they won't be tracking said murderer down or anything like that.
Re: np! :3
That's correct. If the lawyers want to, they will be offered protection, but the Watch won't be tracking down the murderer as a whole.
