Sketchy Soviet Science, part 1

Okay so, Russia's been quiet and I need to fix that. Been plotting with Latvia-mun for a while, and since Russia's been busy with the villain plot, I haven't had much chance to post this earlier. SO.

WHO HERE KNOWS ABOUT SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS primarily ones done in the USSR? They're kinda warped. So. Russia's gonna do his own 'experiment', where he's more or less going to torture Latvia and look for his chip in the process. Mod. Approved.

He will then cut off his head and bring it to life via a car battery (just kidding, that'll be later; HEY AMERICA-MUN can I borrow his wolf pet thing?)

So what am I posting for? Besides the fact that this is going to be disturbing, I'm posting for a few reasons.

1) Any characters who know Russian will be able to understand Russia's 'recording' of his experiment.
2) Anyone in the industrial district by the warehouse will hear Latvia's screams.

I want to know if any of you guys have characters that fit into either category. This will probably happen this weekend of the start of next week, so this is just planning stages. No, Latvia's not going to be saved, but if someone would like to try let me know and we can work something out!

*snerk* Poland probably can't even spell specifics, let alone work them out, so he'll probably just work out who it is, that there's pain, then run around in circles everywhere trying to find Russia :/ cause he's thick like that.
